More course information

We won't bore you with hours of Powerpoint slides; after an overview of system features, 90% of the course will actually show our trainer working on-screen, hands-on, showing you how it's really done.

You'll see live on your screen what he's doing on his screen – and it all gets recorded for you – see below.

Who's the training for?

Suitable for – ROLE: Administrative Staff & Content Creators/Editors, and as a foundation for advanced training for Technical people and Graphic Designers.

Suitable for – LEVEL: Beginners & Intermediate users.
Those starting to use Insight or wanting to fill in the gaps in their knowledge – as well as an important foundation for more advanced users.

Prerequisites: No Endis Training course prerequisites, but delegates should ideally be confident in using the Internet and competent in using such programs as Microsoft Word.

Recommended next training step: Other Intermediate Endis training courses – coming soon.

FAQ: Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Can more than one person watch the training on the same computer?
A:
As long as each has paid for the training – the price is per person: However, it's important that each delegate can watch the presentation up close on their own PC or Mac rather than from any distance as it's quite detailed. Also, each delegate ideally needs to be able to take part and interact as part of the training experience which they can only really do from their own computer.

Q: Why does the training start at 8am for those of us in the Mid West? That's early start for us – we're not usually in the office until 9am.
A: Good point. The timings are the best compromise we could come up with to allow folks from the USA, UK & the rest of Western Europe to take part – by doing this we don't have to run separate training courses for each territory and so can keep prices down for you.

Q: Will you be covering how to amend the design and layout of sites using Themes & Layouts?
A: Themes & Layouts is an extremely powerful part of the system, but it's also quite complex – and it's easy to mess things up if you don't know what you're doing. Consequently, apart from one key piece of information, Themes & Layouts will be the subject of separate online course, coming soon.
